Serving the Home School Community

Byron and Ana Clark have 8 children, all above high school age, plus 20 grandchildren.  “We have been actively involved in home-schooling and alternate education for over 30 years.”

A graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, Byron Clark, Th.M., is Executive Director for Quo Vadis Educators and teaches the humanities classes.  He has taught home-schoolers for over 30 years and now does it full-time.  Byron is also one of the pastor/elders at Household of Faith Church.

In addition to her home responsibilities and church ministry, Ana is actively involved with Quo Vadis as spokesperson and instructor for Spanish courses along with Speech Communication, Drama, Choir, Children’s Theater and other occasional classes.  She holds a music degree from Texas Christian University and her teaching experience includes choirs of all ages, private music instruction, drama, math and all of the home-school basics.

Betsy Saroni has been teaching her children at home for over 20 years, teaching science to groups of homeschoolers since 2009, and teaching science at Quo Vadis since 2014. Betsy has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. When not in the classroom, she can be found proofreading papers for her college age children,teaching Bible study or Sunday School,managing the stage for Quo Vadis Players, or reading a book.

Louise Hanson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with minor in chemistry and biology. Working 30 years in private industry and government entities, Louise was responsible for budgeting for 15 years, developing training and teaching classes. During her personal time she bought and managed numerous rental properties, bought and flipped properties as well as worked as a tax preparer.She completed the Ramsey Financial Peace class 10 years ago and has a passion for helping others understand personal finances. This is her first year to teach home school.
